I am Mehiläinen’s chief geriatrician and also the responsible physician at Mehiläinen in Hämeenlinna. My core expertise lies in memory diseases affecting pensioners. In addition to memory diseases, I perform comprehensive overall assessments for the elderly, manage the maintenance of quality of life and functional capacity in older adults, and evaluate overall medication. Patients can also visit my practice for statements concerning the elderly (care allowance for pensioners, guardianship, and comprehensive driving health examinations).
I also specifically treat cardiovascular diseases in the elderly, including cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, lung diseases, and mild mental health changes in older adults, as well as erectile dysfunction in older men. I am also familiar with investigating and correcting testosterone deficiency in older men.

Biography
I am Mehiläinen’s chief geriatrician and also the responsible physician at Mehiläinen in Hämeenlinna. My core expertise lies in memory diseases affecting pensioners. I am a visiting researcher at the University of Eastern Finland, where my research focuses on the early identification of memory diseases. In addition, I am a partner at Ennen Oy. Ennen develops an analysis based on eye movements, aiming to identify memory diseases early and facilitate very rapid treatment initiation.
In addition to memory diseases, I perform comprehensive overall assessments for the elderly, manage the maintenance of quality of life and functional capacity in older adults, and evaluate overall medication. Patients can also visit my practice for statements concerning the elderly (care allowance for pensioners, guardianship, and comprehensive driving health examinations). I also specifically treat cardiovascular diseases in the elderly, including cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, lung diseases, and mild mental health changes in older adults, as well as erectile dysfunction in older men.
